SportsTALK: I will survive

In this week's bumper final-day podcast special Michael, Dan and Graeme look back on a dramatic end to the non-league football season.

Maidenhead United secured survival and Slough Town booked their play-offs place.

Maidenhead United boss Johnson Hippolyte saw his side secure safety once again

In a nail-biting survival Saturday the Magpies finished an unlikely fight to hang on to their Conference South status with a 1-1 draw with Bishops Stortford.

Dan and Graeme were there and grabbed exclusive interviews with Magpies manager Johnson 'Drax' Hippolyte, chairman Peter Griffin and club captain Mark Nisbet.

We ask how Maidenhead pulled off the great escape and whether their manager will survive to take them through the summer.

Over in the Southern League Division One Central, Slough Town went one better than last season and made it to the play-offs with a fifth-place finish.

The team review their stutter over the line and their chances of clinching promotion.

That's not all for football as we look over at Reading's own push for promotion in the Championship.

Finally, in a bit of sad news the pod analyses the demise of Slough Jets and what the club's future will hold.
