A cheque for £16,726.61 has been handed over to Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service.
The captains of Maidenhead Golf Club, Peter O'Hara and Gail Walton, joined forces to raise money for the charity.
As part of their fundraising, the pair took part in the Four Country Golf Challenge, which involved playing a round of golf in four countries in 24 hours.
They started at 2.30am at Lockerbie in Scotland on June 16 and finished at the Royal Dublin, Ireland, at 10pm that night.
Peter described the event as a 'highlight of his year'.
He said: “We always try to support local causes rather than a national cause because you can see from the money how much everyone supported it.”
Gail added the support from members has been so generous and if they can continue to help in any way they will.
The money was handed over to the charity on February 18.
